Phillip Simon is a Web program designer and interactive communications consultant. He is a photographer, and media producer. Philip Simon uses creative analysis techniques for communicating ideas, collecting information, and presenting data.

Phil works at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, as the Director of Interactive and Online Programs for the School of Communications. He also does independent consulting.

After growing up in New Haven, Connecticut, Philip went to the Univesity of the Arts in Philadelphia where he earned a B.F.A. in printmaking. He also has a master's degree from Wesleyan University.

Phil is married, a father of three, and lives in Woodbridge, Connecticut.
